Brianna Brown, M.S., CCC-SLP is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of B-TheraPEDS Place, where she also serves as the Lead Speech Language Pathologist. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Brianna is a dedicated advocate for culturally responsive care and a recognized expert in the African American English dialect. Her professional mission is rooted in equity, access, and the empowerment of children and families from underserved and underrepresented communities.
Brianna earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Illinois State University and completed her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology at Saint Xavier University. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed in the state of Texas.
With a strong commitment to child led, neurodiversity affirming, and play based approaches, Brianna prioritizes therapeutic practices that honor each child’s autonomy, strengths, and unique developmental journey. She brings deep expertise in serving diverse pediatric populations through collaborative, inclusive care that reflects the identities and cultures of the families she supports. Brianna’s leadership at B-TheraPEDS Place reflects her vision for a multidisciplinary practice that uplifts every child's voice, movement, and identity through innovative, compassionate, and culturally grounded therapy.

At B-TheraPEDS Place, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to children ages 0-18 from underserved and underrepresented communities throughout the Houston area. We are dedicated to supporting each child’s growth and development through a neurodiversity-affirming and culturally competent lens, honoring every child’s unique identity, background, and strengths. Our multidisciplinary practice is committed to breaking down barriers to access, empowering families, and cultivating inclusive, supportive spaces where all children can thrive, move, play, and be authentically heard.
